Institution of Endless Rehearsal

[2025]

An unsuspecting office lurks in the center of the KABK graduation show 2025, unclear if it's the backend of the institution or one of the artworks. A team of employees (and interns recruited during the show), carry out their existential tasks throughout the course of the 6 days, trying to figure out what their institution is, whether it's a performance and how to hospice a decaying organisational body. Everyday they invent and perform rituals around the academy building, audit evidence of decay and end the day with an existential karaoke party. A camera follows them for days and i’m currency figuring out what to do with these many hours of footage.
